Love and Weight Problems

anorexia, love and weight
How often do you hear your dear wife or girl-friend complaining of too large buttocks, too fleshy tummy, and too much fat on her body that she would like so much to be perfect. Daily, hourly, or monthly?

Guys, weight problems are really serious. By this I don't mean that anytime your sweetie refuses eating a cheeseburger and prefers no-calorie salads, you need to ring an alarm. No, it's pretty OK for women, girls, and even men to keep diets nowadays. You know, all these skinny pictures of celebrities, so popular, so beautiful, and so sexy, make your wife hate all the mirrors and scales.

Today I read several articles about anorexia, and they shocked me. I never guessed it's such an immense problem, it's a disaster, it's something that destroys lives, love, and marriages. Anorexia is a disease when a person can't eat. Nope, this person is really hungry, but each time he or she looks at a plate with macaronis or a hamburger, there's a voice in the head sounding like, "you are stronger. You won't eat this." Then it becomes a habit not to eat.

People go on living in such a way for some time, then they get heart diseases, nausea becomes a fellow, and fainting doesn't surprise you any more. Until one day your go to a doctor and he recommends you going to special courses. Anorexia is a serious illness for which mankind hasn't invented medicines yet. Fighting and never giving up are the best tips.

Make a nice small present for your beloved: get a mirror, and write a note "each time you are looking at this mirror you can see the most gorgeous girl in the world". It would be even better if you can get a sticker to put on the mirror itself. Love requires compromises, efforts, and understanding.

P. S. Read this article. It's shocking.
