Sex - Your Health

is sex necessary Sex brings pleasure, draws partners together, and stimulates muscles and systems exertion. Besides sex has strong effect on your positive attitude and life expectancy.

So physicians recommend people to have sex as often as 200 times a year. More is even better. But what is the good of making sex? There are dozens of them, but the most crucial are the following:
  • Less frequent cardiovascular diseases;
  • General fitness (as many as 50-200 calories get burned when having sex);
  • Less often depressions, higher spirits;
  • Pain relief (have you ever noticed that the most splitting headache is gone after having sex?);
  • Less frequent diseases, colds, and flu;
  • Blood pressure normalization;
  • Better sense of smell.
Sex is necessary. But don't refer to sex as a mere exercise. It's something more than just muscle tone and heart rates. When you are having sex with a person you are mentally connected, you aren't just doing much good for your body, you feel love and empathy (due to the specific hormone, oxytocin), plus your guts get a signal of no hunger, and it's very important.

Of course having an orgasm has even better influence on your health: improving metabolism, living much longer, etc.

Having safe and protected sex must be the cheapest way to a healthy life!

Interesting: A British games rental company has made a survey recently that has surprising effects. Could you imagine that women who take to games make sex more often than other women? According to the results, female gamers have sex 4 times a week, while women who don’t play games, only 3.

I wonder is that true? :)
